Our quality system is predicated on knowing and understanding our customer expectations, and then developing processes and procedures to exceed those expectations. Our Advanced Product Quality Process includes the following:

• Initial project launch meetings to confirm critical characteristics and process controls
• Process and/or design FMEA’s
• Electronic program monitoring and tracking, supplied per customer expectations
• Development of SPC parameters and effective measurement methodologies

Genesis Plastics utilizes an electronic document control system that ensures effective and efficient retention and control of quality related documents. With this system Genesis can easily distribute information internally, and as needed electronically send prints and other requested information to our customers and suppliers.
